Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days of Colsie receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is completed. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
All returned items should be unused with original tags and in original condition. We reserve the right to decline returns or issue partial refunds for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
Sale items may be ineligible for returns in some cases. Items on clearance or marked as final sale cannot be returned. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with these Terms.
